New PSA Standards for Event Security Contractors

The Private Security Authority had set a new standard PSA 39:2014 for Event Security Contractors and starting from 1st November 2014 all Event Security Sectors need to compliant with The Private Security Authority standard licence. Existing licensed contractors will be required to comply with the document at their first audit after the 1st November 2014. New licence holders will be required to comply with the document at their first full audit.

Two types of Event Security Contractor licence’s have been introduced:
Door Supervisor (Event Security)
Security Guard (Event Security)
